Why use a Personal Trainer?

Over 95% of gym memberships lapse because of a lack of motivation (Fact). For most people just knowing that you have your session booked in with your trainer is enough to commit to the session/course. Also people who train alone often find an excuse to put it off until tomorrow (sound familiar?) I will be pushing you for every second of the full hour we have together. This is also something people find very difficult to do on their own.

Where do we train?

I train people at their own gym, my own gym/studio, in the park and also at your own home. I have all the facilities for home training and only require a relatively small space to achieve a great workout. What does the lifestyle consultation involve? The consultation will analyze and measure key physical statistics. Blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat percentage, muscle mass, water and metabolic rate. This process may sound a little daunting but they really are quite simple and un-intrusive. Using the results will allow me to set you goals and monitor progress.

How quickly am I likely to see results?

When you start training with me the first thing I will make clear is this - Your fitness goals, dreams etc will not be achieved overnight. When you start training with me it must be a lifestyle change you are willing to undertake. Making small changes that will ultimately make a very big change to your potentially very long life! However, from my experience my clients start noticing their body shape change after 4-6 weeks of training and good nutrition.
